The legal framework governing our vehicle transportation services and SMS communications.
Thank you for choosing Quick Haul Transport. By utilizing our vehicle transportation broker services, you and the person or entity you represent accept all terms and conditions stated herein. These Terms supersede all other documents and control the professional relationship between you and Quick Haul Transport.
Last updated: June 2025
Quick Haul Transport operates exclusively as a licensed transportation broker (FMCSA Docket No. MC-1822677), not a motor carrier. We do not take custody or assume liability for your Shipment.
Our services are complete when an authorized Carrier accepts your Order.
All pickup and delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for losses resulting from delays caused by external factors (weather, regulations, etc).
You are responsible for the accuracy of all Order details. This includes vehicle condition, dimensions, and prep (securing loose parts, limiting fuel to 1/4 tank). Personal property is limited to one 100-lb suitcase in the trunk. Prohibited items like weapons or illegal goods may lead to cancellation and legal liability.
Payment: Due when a Carrier accepts the Order. Carrier payments (C.O.D.) must be in cash or certified funds.
Cancellation: Free before carrier acceptance. A $249 fee applies after acceptance.
Claims: Must be filed directly with the Carrier. Report to us within 48 hours for documentation assistance.
By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Quick Haul Transport. This includes SMS messages for appointment reminders, order status alerts, shipping updates, and account notifications.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates.
Your phone number and SMS opt-in data will never be sold, rented, or shared with outside organizations.
